In achieving a healthy body, discipline is important. With the increase of obesity all over the world, many people insist on cutting off some foods from their diet. But this sometimes leads to undernourishment and thereafter to illnesses. With all the concerns focused on losing weight, an important component was forgotten: balance diet.

Non nutrients such as fibers should be included in the diet as well as the water for hydration.

Other things to remember when you want an effective diet eat healthy:

• Plenty of water does not necessarily mean eight glasses a day. Your activity
level, weather temperature varies the amount of fluid that your body needs.
• Good food does not mean bland foods. You have the option to eat all your favorite
food as long as it is in moderate portions.
• Alcohol is part of healthy diet. As long as it is not abused, alcohol can prevent
heart related illness.
• Never skip a meal. Lack of nutrients can lead to more health problems.
• Exercise and balance diet should be implemented. You have to burn the calories
you intake. It tones the body and increases stamina.
• Ensure that you are receiving the recommended amount vitamins and minerals that
help your body in functioning well.

Eat right and have at least an hour of exercise a day.
